Best Reiki Healing in Milwaukee – Offering expert Reiki Classes for all ages!
Susie Raymond, Entrepreneur and Holistic Practitioner since 1999
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Reiki is administered through touch and works simultaneously on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual “levels” and does not have any limitations. Reiki is a safe, gentle, noninvasive form of hands–on healing that increases energy, reduces pain, offering deep relaxation, and a general feeling of well–being. Reiki supports the immune system and is often used when the body or mind are compromised with illness and stress. Susie has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 15 years. You remain fully clothed for this therapy.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki can be used in conjunction with western medicine as an alternative modality to support all illness, including cancer.
How often should I get a Reiki treatment?
As often as you feel like you need it. It is important for you to listen to your own body. Everyone has individual needs. The reiki energy will most likely make you feel more connected to your body and more in-tune. You will know when you need another session. If you are going through a high period of stress or going through a major medical situation i.e. chemotherapy or radiation or recovering from surgery etc. I recommend three consecutive reiki sessions to increase your healing process.
